Thermoforming

Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold, and trimmed to create a usable product.
The sheet is heated to a high-enough temperature that it can be stretched into or onto a mold and cooled to a finished shape.

Many types of plastics are available for the thermoforming process, varying in thickness, colour, and composition. This allows a nearly unlimited variation of plastic products for all industry sectors, custom designs, and product modifications.

Perfomance Poly-Tek's proven and longstanding expertise in the thermoforming process has been the basis for our continuously growing customer base. From custom part design to supplying your production line, we are the reliable and skilled partner you need and expect.
